Brand Bidding and Paid Search Advertising
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on our brand names, trademarks, product names, or variations and misspellings of these terms in paid search advertising. This includes “Teacher AI” and the names of our partner brands.
Affiliates may not use these terms as paid search keywords or in paid advertisements in a way that diverts traffic from searches intended for our brand or our partners.
Paid search advertising using general, non-branded keywords, such as “AI language tutor,” is permitted, provided it complies with these affiliate terms and applicable advertising policies.
Commissions generated through prohibited brand bidding are not eligible for payment. This policy applies from the date it is published or communicated to affiliates and does not apply retroactively to earlier activities, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
